On-site sample collection by a trained scientist
Laboratory analysis through accredited partner labs
Comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations
Personal results review and follow-up support

3. Consultations & Scheduling

Initial consultations are free and carry no obligation. When you decide to proceed with testing, we'll provide a clear written quote before any work begins. Testing is scheduled at a mutually agreed time and location.

4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided upfront before testing begins
There are no hidden fees or surprise charges
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
We accept common payment methods (details provided at time of service)

5. Your Responsibilities

When working with us, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about the property and your concerns
Grant safe access to the property for sample collection
Disclose any known hazards at the testing location
Pay for services as quoted and agreed

6. Test Results & Reports

Important: Our test results reflect the conditions at the time and locations of sampling. Environmental conditions can change over time. Results from one area of a property do not necessarily represent conditions in other areas.

All samples are analyzed by AIHA/NELAP-accredited partner laboratories
Reports include a Certificate of Analysis from the analyzing laboratory
We provide honest, accurate results — even if the news isn't what you hoped for
Reports are delivered via email (PDF) and reviewed during a personal call
Your results are confidential and shared only with parties you authorize

7. Limitations

While we strive for the highest accuracy, please understand:

Test results represent conditions at the specific time and sampling locations only
We are not a remediation company — we test and advise, but do not perform cleanup or abatement work
Our recommendations are professional guidance, not guarantees of specific outcomes
Laboratory analysis is performed by our accredited partner labs, not directly by Bidemly

8. Liability

Bidemly's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a testing appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a trip fee
If we need to reschedule due to weather or other factors, we'll work with you to find the next available time

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, design, logos, and images — is owned by Bidemly Environmental & Analytical Services LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
